We’ve developed a new retention model for Tesco insurance products, identifying three different types of customers to help inform the offers we make and improve income by over £5millon.

 

Picture Financial

To help make direct mail a financially viable channel, we created a specially modeled pool of prospects. This modeling improved response by 50% and enabled Picture to write incremental loans amounting to £230million.

 

UNICEF Legacy

Using data mining techniques and analytical tools we created a model able to select donors more likely to leave a legacy.  This created a significant increase in response and generated key learnings on lifetime value.
