Ever found an agency that wows you with creative but fails miserably on client service? At WPN we know that however good our strategic and creative solutions, the process of getting the work out on time, on brief, and above all on budget is the soul of a good client relationship.
Many of the client services people at WPN are client side themselves. They understand the pressures. That's why 'little' things - like getting contact reports out within 24 hours, like quoting everything in advance, like making sure the invoices match the quotes - are as important to us as winning creative awards.
We always work as a close team with our client. We are literally an extension of the client marketing department, to the extent that with many of our clients we second members of WPN staff to fill in gaps or simply to learn more.
